WHO QUALIFIES FOR A MEDICAL CANNABIS CARD IN KENTUCKY?
To qualify for a medical cannabis card certification you must

Be a resident of Kentucky.

Have not been convicted of a disqualifying felony offense.

Have one (1) of the qualifying medical conditions, which are:

​Any type or form of cancer regardless of stage

Chronic, severe, intractable, or debilitating pain

Epilepsy or any other intractable seizure disorder

Multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity

Chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome that has proven resistant to other conventional medical treatments

Post-traumatic stress disorder.
